When you submit a listing, correction, review request, or inquiry, we may collect supplier name, contact name, email, phone, company/role, official website URL, public profile URL, and request details.

We use submitted information to verify listings, process factual corrections, perform review work, send invoice/payment guidance, respond to inquiries, prevent spam, and improve the service.

We may use public information from official websites, social profiles, maps, government/industry references, and other public sources for listing review. We may use services such as Vercel, Supabase, and Google Maps for hosting, data storage, analytics, and site functionality.

To request correction, deletion, or suspension of submitted/listed information, contact matt@mkultraman.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or transaction-record reasons.
